1.499 HC lens is Hard Coated single vision lens, the material is CR-39. CR39 single vision lenses have a high Abbe number, high light transmission, which means that they can provide clearer visual effects, reduce dispersion phenomenon. In addition, the CR-39 material is relatively light, which makes the wearer more comfortable.
Features of China Factory Wholesale Price 1.49/1.50 Hard Coated Eyeglasses Optical Lens
CR39 resin lenses have a transmittance of 92%, slightly higher than glass lenses with 91%.The specific gravity of CR39 is 1.32g/cm3, compared to 2.54g/cm3 for glass lenses, which means that CR39 is lighter. CR39 is more impact-resistant and safer than glass. In terms of blocking ultraviolet rays, CR39 has a stronger protective ability and can effectively block 390nm ultraviolet rays. However, CR39 has a low refractive index and thick lenses.Compared to other high-end lens materials, the production cost of CR-39 resin is lower, so the price is relatively cheap.
