We are one of the earliest lens factories located in the famous Optical Industrial Park in Danyang City.

Our optical lens company covers an area of 13,000 square meters, employs 150 workers and produces 20,000 pairs of lenses per day.

We are specialized in the research, development and production of custom eyeglass lenses and optical lens mould.

We have 30+ years of experience and advanced technology and we have obtained a series of patents.

We also work with Essilor companies.

1998 R & D and production of resin lens astigmatism mold

2003 R & D and production of resin lens aspheric mould

2008 R & D of progressive multi-focus Resin lens mould

2012 Production of resin lenses began

Quality Control

Quality Requirements:

Surface quality, thickness, power,diameter, base color, and coating colour must meet the standard.

Test Methods:

Test adhesion of hard coating: The blade is evenly etched with 1mm square grid on the lens surface with a diamond wheel, and then fixed with 3M adhesive tape. The hard coating is not peeled off after repeated pulling ten times, which is considered qualified.

Test coating adhesion: The lens is immersed in 5% salt water, boiled, and then placed in the water for 2 minutes after being boiled. The lens is repeatedly immersed and boiled for 6 times, and the film color does not peel off, which is considered qualified.
